Your Opportunity
In accordance with Letter of Understanding #1 – Under the direct supervision of the IT Services Assistant, the IT Services Monitor will perform the following duties.
Functions and Duties
1. Lock and unlock computer labs as scheduled.

2. Ensure proper care of computers and equipment for example assist with paper jams and reporting any problems or malfunctions with equipment to helpdesk.

3. Remain in the computer labs and monitor while in use and ensure users are OC students and /or employees.

4. Assist students to navigate on-line services provided by Okanagan College including the “ASK US” system to seek answers to IT related questions.

5. Wipe clean: keyboards, monitors and mice.

6. Replace toner and paper as provided. Replace batteries for projector remotes, transparency rolls. Record used inventory of supplies in the Lab Support system.

Enrolled in a post-secondary program at Okanagan College
Prior work experience is an asset.
