Your Opportunity
In accordance with Letter of Understanding #1 – Student Employees, and under the supervision of the Manager, BC BTAC, the Student assists the supervisor with activities related to organization and management of corporate database.  
Functions and Duties
The Student will assist the supervisor by performing the following duties:

1.     Create a functional database of BC BTAC contacts

2.     Research industry publications for relevant communication opportunities

3.     Maintain and modify database as required

4.     Performs other duties as assigned.


Position Specific Functions
Education and Experience
Enrolled in a post-secondary program at Okanagan College
Prior work experience is an asset.

Skills and Abilities
-      Works effectively both independently and as part of a team with an aptitude for working in a       collegial and collaborative environment
-       Excellent attention to detail
-       Computer skills (Excel, Teams) experience an asset
-       Effective verbal communication skills
-       Well-developed organizational skills
-       Professional attitude and behaviour
Position Specific Education and Experience
Students enrolled in the Business programs will be preferred.
